Summary	An eight-week badged course on communicating well at work, with a full week on listening, active listening, asking effective questions and empathy. It helps anyone who wants to be better understood and to understand colleagues and customers better.	Applies Anthropic's 4D AI Fluency framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) to teaching practice and institutional strategy. Built with Prof. Joseph Feller (University College Cork) and Prof. Rick Dakan (Ringling College). It suits teachers, trainers and instructional designers who want to redesign courses, materials and assignments for a world where students use AI.
