A course on how individual creativity works and how teams and organisations can encourage or block new ideas, adapted from an Open University postgraduate module. It helps workers build their own creative confidence and helps managers create conditions for innovation.
An eight-session course on using digital tools, from spreadsheets to argument maps, to reason more clearly and make better choices. It ends by linking these thinking tools to modern AI. Completion earns an Open University badge and 24 CPD points.
